It has been over one month since former TOWIE star Jake Hall tragically died at the age of 35, but despite an inquest into the reality star's death, a cause of death still hasn't been determined.
The fashion designer was found dead after he fell through a glass door at a holiday villa in Majorca on 6 May.
On Tuesday, an inquest into Jake's death was opened at East London Coroner's Court, and it was revealed during the hearing that following a post-mortem examination at East Ham Mortuary, his cause of death was unable to be determined.
According to reports, the court also heard that his body was repatriated to the UK following the tragedy.
Emotional goodbye
The news comes just days after Jake's loved ones laid his body to rest at a funeral at St George's chapel in Wanstead.
Among the attendees were Jake's ex-girlfriend of eight years and fellow TOWIE star, Chloe Lewis, Jake's ex-fiancée Missé Biquiri - with whom Jake shared his six-year-old daughter, River - reality stars Tommy Mallet and James Argent, Lydia Bright and Demi Sims. DJ Fat Tony also attended the service along with British boxer Derek Chisora, who was friends with Jake.
Meanwhile, David Beckham's mother, Sandra Beckham, and sister, Joanne Beckham, also attended the ceremony. Following his appearance on TOWIE, Jake, who went on to work in fashion, landed a job dressing the former Manchester United star.
Chloe - whose relationship with Jake was heavily featured on the ITV show - had emotional words for her late ex-boyfriend, sharing footage from the post-funeral celebration of Jake's life, which took place at Unlocked in Shoreditch.
The video shared by Chloe showed the influencer kissing a large portrait of Jake. She also penned: "I honestly wish I could change what happened. Someone who I thought would be in my life forever, regardless of where we was in life. And I truly hope one day I get to see you again.
"I'll look after your people and hand on my heart, I'll love you forever. I'm so sorry. I heard this song on your page after losing you, and it was completely your soul, and it makes me feel warm inside. So I'll listen to it forever. All my love always, Jakey."
Rather than a traditional memorial, the event saw Jake's friends, family and figures from across fashion, music, art and entertainment for an immersive celebration of Jake's life and work, featuring a large-scale exhibition of his paintings, a tribute to his fashion career and performances from close friends and collaborators.
