Keith Michell became a household name in the 1970s when he played the famed British monarch King Henry VIII in The Six Wives of King Henry VIII.
The six-part drama, which dedicated each episode to one of Henry's wives saw the star scoop Best Actor at the BAFTA Awards, and it also helped him land major roles in the likes of The Story of David, The Pirates of Penzance, My Brother Tom and Murder, She Wrote.
Thankfully, Keith's life away from The Six Wives of King Henry VIII didn't embody that of the Tudor-era monarch, with the star finding love the first time with fellow thespian, Jeanette Sterke, known for her roles in The Safecracker and A Stitch in Time. Together, they welcomed two children, Paul and Helena, who both entered the world of showbusiness.

Who are Paul Michell and Helena Michell?
Keith and Jeanette's eldest child is Paul Michell, an actor and musician. Paul only has the one credit to his name, Moments, in which he starred in alongside his parents and younger sister.
However, Paul was a musician at heart, and he was the lead singer of 80s band The Roaring Boys. The band only released one self-titled album, but it featured singles like House of Stone and Every Second of the Day.
Meanwhile, Helena became a famous actress after making her debut in Moments. The star later followed this up with Brush Strokes, Agatha Christie's Miss Marple and Jeeves and Wooster. While Helena still makes the occasional TV appearance, she now works as an acting coach and runs the production company Shiny Pin Productions with her husband, playwright Simon Eden.
However, due to her family's pedigree, Helena initially didn't want to become an actress. On her website, she wrote: "Growing up in a theatrical family, my biggest rebellion aged 18, was to run away from the 'circus' to a 9–5 copy-writing job in advertising.
"I soon regretted my impulsive behaviour and enlisted my newfound skills on a golf ball Olivetti to type up audition speeches, and my lunch breaks to audition for drama schools. In September 1983, I started at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School."
Speaking after Keith's death at the age of 88 on 20 November 2015, Helena called her father a "wonderful father and grandfather and inspirational actor".
