Victoria Beckham's rarely-seen niece played a special part in her cousin Cruz Beckham's festival debut over the weekend.
Cruz, who has followed in his mother's footsteps as a musician, played with his band The Breakers at Reading and Leeds festival on Saturday and Sunday respectively. The 21-year-old's parents and two of his siblings, older brother Romeo and younger sister Harper, were all there to cheer him on for the milestone career moment at Reading on Saturday.
For his debut, Cruz enlisted the help of his photographer cousin, Libby Adams, who is the 28-year-old daughter of Victoria's younger sister Louise Adams. Proud parents David and Victoria both took to social media on Monday to share photos of Cruz mid-performance, taken by Libby.
"Congratulations on an amazing tour, we are so proud of you," Victoria sweetly congratulated her son with a photo of him in a red shirt and jeans that appeared to be from his Reading set, which she watched from the side of the stage with David.
Meanwhile, David shared a black and white photograph of Cruz with a guitar in hand that looked to be from an earlier show on his tour. Libby "When you see your son doing something he loves," he captioned the photograph, tagging Libby and thanking her "for capturing this". He also praised Victoria's niece as "amazing".
Cruz's festival debut
Cruz took to the stage at Reading on 29 August. During his set, the 21-year-old singer dedicated a song to his 15-year-old sister Harper, who was watching from the crowd with their brother Romeo, 23. Reading and Leeds marked the end of Cruz and his band's tour, which has taken them across Europe and the US.
"I am so grateful for everyone around me, not only are they my best friends but they are family, this journey has been so incredible and i have learned so much because of these people," Cruz gushed on Instagram on Sunday.
Among other people who contributed to the tour, he thanked his cousin Libby, who joined his band on the road as an official photographer.
"Lib, not only are you literally family but you are so incredibly talented and we are so lucky to have you on this journey," Cruz wrote.
Sharing photos from the US leg of her cousin's tour, Libby wrote on Instagram on 1 August: "Not quite sure what I’ve done to deserve travelling the US with this lot but here we are."
