Gwen, 53, who is married to country music star Blake Shelton, 46, wore a super-cute white minidress by Versace, which featured fun red polka dots, a red bodice and bustled skirt. It was Gwen's first ever time singing on the CMT stage – and she made quite the entrance in her stunning ensemble.
The Don't Speak singer teamed her funky frock with some coordinating white and red polka dot gloves and black fishnet tights, finishing off the cool look with a pair of killer black platform heels, also by Versace.
Gwen's choker-style necklace – yes, you guessed it, by Versace - featured black and white pearls on a gold chain, and gave her outfit that extra edge.
The star wore her platinum locks in a quirky 'double bun' up do and went full-on glamour with her makeup look: we saw Gwen's trademark bright red lips and full lashes, with a bold sweep of dark eyeshadow, plus perfect brows.
Earlier in the evening, the mom-of-three showed off another one-off look on the green carpet.
The singer mixed business with pleasure in Valentino, wearing fur-trimmed, knee-high boots, fishnet tights, a gold, sequined mini skirt, a white shirt and tie, and a structured blazer.
Gwen posed for photographers alongside her husband Blake, who matched his wife's look in a black tie and blazer, too. Together they looked the ultimate star duo.
This year's 2023 CMT Music Awards are the first ever to be hosted in Texas, and the special night took place at the Moody Center on April 2nd. It was hosted by three-time co-hosts Kelsea Ballerini – who made her red carpet debut with new beau Chase Stokes – and Kane Brown.
