Paris Jackson has become the latest celebrity offspring to make her mark on the fashion world. The 18-year-old was spotted on a photoshoot for Chanel on Wednesday, after reportedly impressing several major brands with her striking looks.

Although she is a newcomer to modelling, Paris appeared at ease in front of the camera as she posed in a jeep surrounded by men acting as soldiers.

The daughter of Michael Jackson waved French and American flags in the air while dressed in a white pussybow blouse and knee-length skirt. Statement accessories including gold tasselled earrings, chunky cuffs and patterned gloves completed the teenager's high fashion ensemble.

Paris touched down in the French capital on Tuesday, and appears to be making the most of the opportunity to explore with her boyfriend Michael Snoddy. Although she hasn't alluded to her Chanel shoot, the budding model did share a number of snaps of landmarks including the Arc De Triomphe and Eiffel Tower.

Aside from modelling, it has also been reported that Paris is also considering a foray into acting. According to TMZ, she recently met with director Lee Daniels to discuss an acting role in his new TV series Star.

Paris joins an ever-growing list of celebrity offspring who have been signed as models, including Johnny Depp's daughter Lily Rose Depp who also models for Chanel.

Meanwhile Iris Law, the daughter of Jude Law and Sadie Frost, was recently unveiled as the face of Burberry Beauty's new Liquid Lip Velvet collection. The 16-year-old said she was "honoured" to have been snapped up by the British brand, just months after she reportedly landed another lucrative Chanel contract.
