Wow, you’ve got to give it to her, Tamara Ecclestone sure knows how to make an entrance. The Formula One heiress looked seriously blingy as she dressed to impress for a date night with her husband Jay Rutland. The pair stepped out for a visit to an exhibition in London - leaving daughter Sophia at home. The 33-year-old, who recently returned home from a lavish holiday, wore a show-stopping mini dress featuring a very glamorous all over stud embellishment.

It was date night for the married couple

If you watched Tamara’s popular TV show, it was evident the star loves to get dressed up. Whether it’s Gucci, Chanel, Victoria Beckham or Dior, it’s rare for her not to be seen on a night out in a designer ensemble. For her night out with her hubby she chose Balmain. The £2,450 dress is definitely steep, but it’s definitely a show-piece. Just last weekend Olivier Roustening, the man at the helm of Balmain, designed Beyonce’s Coachella stage outfits. He loves a sequin or two, and this dress is definitely up there with the party look.

You can buy the dress now at Harvey Nichols, and it’s perfect for a special occasion. Tamara chose to dress up her dress with a pair of glamorous sandals, a heart-shaped YSL clutch and a half-up half-down hairstyle. Husband Jay looked dapper in a midnight blue suit and a trilby hat and the pair showed off their golden tans which they got from their recent getaway in Las Ventanas Al Paraiso resort in Mexico.
