Kylie Jenner makes red carpet return at Met Gala

Welcome back, Kylie!

It was an extra-special night at the Met Gala for Kylie Jenner and boyfriend Travis Scott – as well as being one of the biggest events in the fashion calendar, it was also their first appearance on the red carpet since becoming parents to baby Stormi. And motherhood clearly hasn't done anything to dampen Kylie's style – she went for a head-turning all-black Alexander Wang look, which featured a bralette top and long skirt with a showstopping train. She paired it with a pair of tights bearing the designer's name in silver – only visible when she hitched up her skirt for the crowds of photographers – and dramatic black and silver heeled shoes.

Kylie's post-baby body looked incredible in the daring dress

The 20-year-old accessorised in typical Kylie style with a pair of seriously bling silver and diamond embellished sunglasses, diamond earrings and a few silver bangles. She wore her hair slicked back in a neat bun and kept her makeup fresh and minimal.

Travis also looked dapper in a military-inspired black suit, accessorised with a leather and chain belt and harness. The pair looked seriously in love as they walked the red carpet with their arms wrapped round each other. They have recently returned from a sun-soaked break in Turks and Caicos with daughter Stormi, where they stayed at the five-star Amanyara resort which features luxury suites starting from £2500 (around £1,830) per night. Kylie uploaded some snaps of their holiday to her Instagram, showing off her incredible post-baby body in a red vintage Christian Dior swimsuit worth around £900.

In April, Kylie made one of her first appearances after giving birth when she arrived at the star-studded Coachella festival looking amazing in a laid-back outfit consisting off a skin tight white crop top and denim shorts. But this was her first red carpet appearance – and it's great to see her back in the spotlight where she belongs.
