As rumours abound that Cameron Diaz's eight-month relationship with Justin Timberlake is headed for a walk down the aisle – some reports have claimed the Charlie's Angels babe now wants a baby of her own – the star has made it clear that such family matters are definitely not on her agenda.

"The truth is that if I wanted to be married with children right now, I would be married with children right now," the 31-year-old star tells the February edition of W magazine. "Everybody thinks that just because they might be searching for a person to spend the rest of their life with, I am.

"Why is it that with every actress in a relationship, it's like, 'Oh, well, you're with that person because you want to get married, have a baby'?"

The stunning blonde also insists that the age gap with her pop star beau – Justin, at 22, is nearly a decade younger than his famous girlfriend – doesn't bother her one bit. "It's not like the first time in the history of human relationships that people were drawn to one another because of who they are, not what age they are," she says.
