Her finely toned figure has made Jennifer Aniston the envy of women half her age. The actress has long been a devotee of yoga, which she credits with helping her maintain her beautiful body, and now she has revealed the ancient practice is also the perfect way to de-stress ahead of her wedding day. As she prepares to tie the knot with Justin Theroux, the star, 44, said that yoga is helping her to keep calm. "Yoga kinds helps you prepare for everything," she told E!. "Honestly it's like meditation. It just allows anything that is coming at you throughout the day to be kind of doable."

Jennifer was speaking at the launch of her yoga instructor Mandy Ingber's new book, Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover.She also revealed how much her body has changed since taking up the discipline. "We were a lot rounder," she said. "We ate terribly. We did that, and then we sort of grew up a little bit more and we got jobs. "That's not to say that Jen doesn't occasionally indulge herself now. "Cheat days for me are usually… It's Mexican food… Maybe Italian pasta, but I think you always have to do it in moderation.
