The Made in Chelsea star has been filming for the show's seventh series, which will air on Monday 7 April, and has opened up about what it's been like on set with her ex-boyfriend and co-star Spencer Matthews.
"It can be excruciating seeing your ex after you've broken up," Lucy told FHM. "Normally I'd just cut that person out of my life and not speak to them again. I knew that I'd have to see Spencer all the time with new girlfriends, and it's really, really hard."

Lucy, who also had an on-off romance with cast member Jamie Laing, added that it wasn't as painful seeing the playful McVitie's heir with other girls. "I never had as strong feelings for him," she said.
The 23-year-old beauty seems ready to move on and look for love, as she announced on Twitter that she was going to a singles event for dog-lovers, organised by online dating site Match.com.
"Digby can't wait to meet some new friends on Saturday at Battersea Park with @match_uk #matchBITP," wrote Lucy, referring to her adorable pet dog.

The small-screen star also had exciting news to share on Twitter, as she was chosen as the cover girl for this month's FHM. Lucy posted a photo of the men's magazine, in which she is pictured posing in a monochrome bra, black underwear and pastel coloured heels.
Gazing out at the camera, Lucy flaunted her toned abs and had her brunette locks swept up into a loose bun.
Fans of the HELLO! Online blogger can expect to see more of Lucy outside of Made in Chelsea as she hinted at some exciting news in her latest post.
"There are two big announcements that I'm desperate to share with you but I have been sworn to secrecy!" wrote Lucy on her blog. "You will have to check in over the next few weeks to see what they are. Next month is an exciting one for me.
"Quote of the Week; 'I'm going to succeed because I'm crazy enough to think I can.'"
