Iain Lee has opened up about claims of bullying on I'm a Celebrity, and admitted that he "kind of" wished he hadn't taken part in the competition. The radio DJ, who came third in the show, took to Twitter to discuss his anxiety at the next few weeks, writing: "Land later today. Feeling absolutely terrified and anxious about what's to come. May I say, I have nothing but respect for everybody who went through the jungle experience. Sporting heroes, parents, performers, the lot. Respect for all. But I also have my truth."

Iain said he wished he hasn't taken part in the show

He added: "I have to be honest and true to me and what I experienced. But I am dreading everything that is to come. Kind of wishing right now, at 4.23am, that I hadn't done any of this. Guess I'm destined to always be the guy on the outside." Fans accused Iain's fellow camp mates Dennis Wise, Rebekah Vardy, Amir Khan and Jamie Lomas, of bullying him in the camp, which Iain denied before watching the footage from the show. Addressing the claims, he tweeted: "Bullying is a strong word. But I was unaware of a lot of what was said behind my back and also what some people said about me after they'd left. I hadn't seen the comments made behind my back or the ones made by some camp mates when they left. I still suggest the word bullying is too strong. But."

Viewers thought Iain was bullied during his time on the show

Iain's fans, including Lorraine Kelly, were quick to offer him support. Lorraine wrote: "Iain - you were great! Remember how happy you were when we spoke on air after the final. Don't be anxious - be proud. Keep your chin up. You are a funny, lovely, kind man," while another person wrote: "As someone who totally gets your social awkwardness and anxiety, I commend your bravery for doing the show and sticking it out. People have your back. You represent all of us weirdos out there, who dare to not fit in with the crowd. Good things are going to happen for you."
