Fans on social media have been quick to praise the British beauty for taking on the fitness challenge a few months after giving birth to a baby girl. Emma and husband Matt Willis welcomed little Trixie Grace in May, their third child together.
Emma has previously revealed that when it came to her post-baby body, she is trying not to put any "pressure" on herself. "There is pressure there for mums generally and there shouldn't be as it's extremely unrealistic," she told HELLO!. "We take nine months to grow a baby; it's going to take at least that to get anywhere near normal again."
She added: "So, personally, the only pressure I ever feel is from myself and I try not to do that because I've been through it three times and know you cannot rush it. If you do, you have to drive yourself into the ground by dieting and exercising and doing all these things that you don’t have time to do because you have a newborn baby to love and look after."
