Hilaria Baldwin inspired her fans last week when she posted a selfie of her post-pregnancy body just one day after giving birth, and now the 32-year-old has once again encouraged her followers to embrace their own physiques. Taking to Instagram, the mother-of-three posted a short photo montage in which she documented the progress of her baby bump from the end of her pregnancy to current day.

The yoga guru, who welcomed her third child with Alec Baldwin last Tuesday, shared a series of photos in which she posed in her underwear, adding no filters to let her social media followers see her natural progress.
"Leo is 1 week! Staying with the purpose of showing getting back into shape post baby, I wanted to create a little photo show for you," she explained in the accompanying caption. "In order: the last pregnant belly photo I had… I think it was about a week before I delivered. Then I have my 24 hour post baby hospital pic that I shared last week."

Hilaria then delighted her fans by giving them a glimpse of her adorable children, one of which saw her daughter Carmen hugging her mother's leg while Hilaria posed for a photo in the bathroom, the other which gave fans a glimpse of little baby Leo – and revealed he was doing well.
"Carmen posed with me for my 1 week post delivery shot today," Hilaria wrote. "Then the little man himself, as we left the paediatrician today. He is eating like a champion and gaining weight!! #365daysoflivingclearly #hilarialcm."
The Spanish beauty has been flooded with messages of praise from fans, who expressed their gratitude for her candid posts, which many have said have inspired them to feel body confident.

Hilaria had previously caused a social media frenzy when she posted a stunning selfie just 24 hours after giving birth. "I took this yesterday when Leonardo was about 24 hours old," she revealed in the accompanying caption. "I did the same thing right after Rafael was born."
Despite admitting she felt "nervous" about posting the photo, Hilaria explained she was motivated to encourage others and "normalize a real body".
She wrote: "It always makes me a bit nervous to do something like this, but I feel that in the age of such strong body shaming, I want to do all that I can to normalize a real body and promote healthy self esteem. Many of you know that I love to show the process of life's experiences on the body and I am a firm believer in how a good diet and the right balance of exercise make us happy, healthy, and strong."
