Nicole Scherzinger has put our fitness routines to shame with her impressive skills during a recent workout. The X Factor judge floored her Instagram followers on Monday when she posted a short video of herself working hard on the TRX machine, flaunting her enviably toned figure in the process.

The 38-year-old delighted her 2.7 million followers as she gave them a sneak peek of her fitness routine, which includes balancing on the suspension bands as well as a series of stretches. Ever the style icon, Nicole also had her fans coveting her stylish gym gear, rocking purple leggings, a black crop top, pink trainers and a cap.

The singer does a wide range of exercise including yoga

It seems that the star impressed her new personal trainers, who took to the London gym's Instagram to reveal that she had taken "to the TRX like a duck to water".

The singer never fails to give us major fitness inspiration, mastering a wide range of sports including dance classes, yoga, wakeboard surfing and even bowling. She regularly takes to social media to share her progress, wowing fans with her dedication and impressive figure in the process.

Nicole also used her skills to make quite the entrance at The X Factor as she welcomed contestants to her home in the south of France, when she arrived on a jet-ski, turning heads in a blue-and-white crochet Kiini bikini.

The former Pussycat Dolls singer is mentoring the boys, and enlisted the help of Calvin Harris to help assess the talent in the category. She eventually made her final picks and chose to take Christian Burrows, Freddy Parker, James Hughes, Matt Terry, Nate Simpson and Niall Sexton to the next round of the competition.
