Gary Barlow's hard work at the gym has really been paying off! The Take That star showed off his incredibly toned body in a selfie at the weekend, wowing his fans with his impressive arm muscles as he prepared to take part in a yoga session. "Gonna do a Twitter diary today! First stop yoga," the 45-year-old wrote alongside.
Unsurprisingly, the photo proved to be a big hit with his followers, with many keen to sign Gary up as their fitness coach. "There needs to be a Barlow's boot camp! I'd join," one wrote, with simply stating: "I need you to be my personal trainer."

A third joked: "Did you hear that noise? It was the ambulance taking me to hospital with a heart attack!"
Gary has undergone a dramatic transformation in recent years. In 1999 he weighed 17 stone – and made the decision to turn his life around.
"I've made big changes," he told the Mirror. "I take exercise more seriously now and I'm big on well-being. I eat well, do an acupuncture session a week and I try to sleep well and do things to aid good sleep.
The star recently opened up about his new healthy lifestyle
"I don't eat sugar, I don't eat fried foods and I stay away from McDonalds and chips, and things like that. For years, I did every diet going – Atkins, the works – and I couldn't work out why I couldn't sustain the weight loss."
Gary's selfie came just a few hours before he made a special appearance on Strictly Come Dancing. The star sang his new single, Dare, during Sunday's results show – and his performance really struck a chord with fans.
