The short clip shows Binky carrying out a number of toning moves including squats, bicep curls and a light 15-minute run. Fans were quick to comment with praise for the mum-to-be, with one writing: "Yes! Love seeing women train hard and smart during that first trimester." Another added: "WOW I wish I was so motivated when I was pregnant!"
Binky has long been a fitness fanatic and has landed a role as the UK ambassador for Reebok as a result, so it is understandable that she will want to maintain her fitness throughout her pregnancy.
The 26-year-old revealed in a world exclusive interview and photoshoot with HELLO! magazine that she was expecting her first child with her on-off boyfriend JP.

"It's obviously been a huge shock to both of us," Binky says of her on-off boyfriend JP. "This is a new start and a new chapter in our lives. I want to be a little family, to be honest. But I'm going to be ok either way. Whatever happens, this baby is not going to be affected. And I know Josh will be part of the baby's life whether we are together or not. We are a unit now."
Binky continued to say that she couldn't wait to become a mother in the summer.
"We're starting this year with a completely blank slate," she told HELLO!. "It's a new start. We're incredibly lucky, we feel so blessed to be bringing this life into the world."
