Tech entrepreneur Bryan Johnson has undergone quite the physical transformation.

The 48-year-old has become a talked-about figure in recent years for his extreme anti-aging regimen called Project Blueprint. The multi-millionaire reportedly spends $2 million annually in his pursuit of reversing his biological age.

In December, Bryan shared a post chronicling his dramatic transformation across seven years, going back to 2018.

$2 million a year transformation

"I'm going to try and achieve immortality by 2039," he captioned progressive photos of him from 2018 to 2025, which he screenshotted from his X (formerly Twitter) account. In the 2018 photo, the multimillionaire looked noticeably different with a naturally fuller face and lighter hair colour. In the most recent picture, he sported a leaner facial structure.

"One year of time passes and I remain the same biological age," he claimed.

The biohacker has regularly shared video updates chronicling his lifestyle and longevity pursuit, which was the focus of the 2025 Netflix documentary called Don't Die: The Man Who Wants to Live Forever.

In July 2026, Bryan shared a personal health update, revealing his autoimmune gastritis diagnosis, which according to the Global Autoimmune Institute is a "a chronic inflammatory condition of the stomach lining" that affects 0.5 to 4.5 per cent of adults worldwide.

Bryan's extreme routine

The biohacker's stated goal is to slow and reverse the biological aging process by tracking his daily biomarkers and organ function. His routine has included taking more than 100 supplements a day, strict calorie intake, high intensity exercise, a strict wind-down and consistent sleeping schedule and therapies such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy and red light therapy.

Dr. Nir Barzilai, the director of the Institute for Aging Research at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City who previously met the tech entrepreneur, told Time in 2023: "What he’s doing hasn’t proven to be safe, because some of the treatments he’s taking are actually antagonising to each other."

The expert noted that Bryan's Project Blueprint was "not an experiment that we accept as scientists or doctors."

In his interview with Time, Bryan detailed his lifestyle including having dinner at 11:30am, "no small talk" and "always sleeping alone".
