Last week, a number of celebs including Reese Witherspoon, Will Smith and Ben Stiller shared their early headshots under the hashtag #oldheadshotday. And yesterday the Good Morning Britain team decided to get in on the fun too, revealing some pics of themselves dug out from the ITV archives. And presenter Charlotte Hawkins stole the show, with her colleagues and viewers immediately declaring that the 42-year-old resembled Marilyn Monroe in her younger days. The black-and-white image showed a young Charlotte with platinum blonde locks cut in a similar style to the iconic 1950s star, and sporting a full pout.

Co-host Susanna Reid immediately let out a gasp and declared "She looks like Marilyn Monroe! Oh my days!" while Charlotte poked fun at the rather unnatural pose she was pulling, saying "I always pose like this, obviously". Fans quickly took to social media to express their agreement, with one saying: "Charlotte Hawkins looks like a young Marilyn Monroe! Wow!"

Susanna also shared an old picture, in which the 47-year-old barely looked any different, saying that she had not been able to find any of her earliest headshots. And Piers Morgan revealed a fresh-faced snap taken when he was just 19 years old. Charlotte teased: "Is this the picture you took to the surgeon in Los Angeles when you were there last week? Did you say,'‘Make my forehead look like that again'?" Piers quipped back: "Once again, as you can see no lines then, no lines today, it's good living."

Charlotte has won attention on the show not just for her gorgeous looks but also for her eye-catching wardrobe. The former Strictly Come Dancing contestant enjoys colourful clothes and is known for her eye-catching dresses in a plethora of rainbow hues. The mother-of-one is also a fan of affordable high street pieces, such as the scarlet Debenhams dress she wore on Monday. The £55 frock is part of the Jasper Conran collection at the popular department store and is currently available online now in all sizes. Charlotte added patent nude high heels from Office and decided to leave her jewellery at home, letting the bold hue do all the talking.
