“They are already home. Tristan and Sasha arrived in this world 18 March just after the full moon. Complete happiness!!” wrote in her mother tongue, alongside a snap of the tiny boys’ feet. It seems the couple decided to go for monikers that are common from both sides of their background, with Tristan popular in Spain and Sasha much-loved by Australians, where Chris was born.

The famous duo reside in Los Angeles, California and already have a daughter named India Rose. Elsa, 37,is best known for her roles in the Fast and the Furious movies and Chris, 30, plays Thor in Marvel’s The Avengers flicks.

The couple were reported to have arrived at LA's Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre on Thursday but it seems she welcomed her little ones on Tuesday. Husband and wife announced the news of their second pregnancy in November, and confirmed in January that they were expecting twins.

The new arrivals are siblings for India, who will be two in May. Elsa was last seen on the red carpet at the Oscars, looking heavily pregnant as she supported her husband Chris in his presenting duties.

Speaking exclusively to HELLO!'s sister publication HOLA!, the blonde beauty said that she was sure the twins would come early. Elsa also revealed that she chose not to find out the sex before because "I didn't want to obsess over it".When she began getting too big to bend down comfortably, Chris also apparently stepped up his efforts in helping around the home.
