Posing side-on and cradling her large baby bump, Cheryl looked every inch the proud expectant mother in a new photo released online. The singer, who is expecting her first baby with boyfriend Liam Payne, looked radiant in a black, low-cut dress that showed off her new rounded figure. She was posing with 14 other ambassadors, including Katie Piper and Dame Helen Mirren, but Cheryl managed to steal the spotlight in the striking image. It was the first time she had given fans a clear view of her baby bump.
The group were promoting a new campaign about self confidence, All Worth It, to celebrate the new three-year collaboration between The Prince's Trust and L'Oréal Paris. The programme aims to turn self-doubt into self-worth and responds to new figures released by The Prince's Trust showing that one in three young people say they don't believe in themselves.
Cheryl opened up about her hopes for the campaign, saying: "As a longstanding supporter of The Prince's Trust and spokesperson for L'Oréal Paris I am so happy to support this partnership. Young people are currently facing more and more problems with self-confidence and we have to address these issues as a real priority. My hope is that this partnership will help young people feel accepted and valued for who they are and make sure that they get the support they need to make the most out of life." Dame Helen added: "We have a responsibility towards this generation to lead by example in what we say, how we act, and what we do. I wholeheartedly support this initiative."
Cheryl, 33, and her fellow ambassadors have also shared their own personal stories in a series of films, highlighting how they themselves have been affected by self-doubt. The All Worth It programme will officially be launched at The Prince's Trust centre in Kennington by a host of supporters, led by Dame Helen.
Cheryl and Liam Payne are expecting their first baby
Cheryl is due to give birth to her first baby any day now. The singer's boyfriend Liam, 23, recently sparked speculation that Cheryl was nearing her due date when he was spotted returning to London a few weeks ago. Cheryl's best friend Kimberley Walsh fuelled those rumours even further when she posted a throwback photo of the best friends. In what appeared to be a tribute to the mum-to-be, Kimberley wrote: "Love this pic of me and @cherylofficial at the @brits #tbt."
Earlier this month, it was reported that Cheryl would pose in a campaign for L'Oréal. A source told The Sun: "Cheryl's bump will appear in the new L'Oreal campaign which is coming out in a few weeks. The bump is obvious and she is not trying to hide it any more."
