Kate Moss reveals the exact daily affirmation she uses in her "self-care" beauty routine

Kate Moss is just like us, well not really. But that being said, she has tapped into something we have all hopped on board with in the last couple of years. The power of positive affirmations. 

Since launching her own beauty and wellness brand Cosmoss earlier this year the former party-girl, has been sharing all the details of her newfound holistic lifestyle. In her cosmoss newsletter she revealed that she has adopted a "self-care routine."

Kate has been sharing details of her holistic self-care rountine 

"We are currently in the Full Moon phase, a time for releasing and clearing," explains Kate, "It is an opportunity to let go of what is no longer serving you or stopping you from moving forward. Incorporating affirmations as a part of your self-care routine is a fantastic way to harness their power."

Although you can use any affirmation you want to motivate yourself and prepare for the new lunar cycle, Kate revealed the exact words she uses for hers revealing, "With the Full Moon I release all my old fears. I feel peaceful and relaxed. My heart is open and I want to see where it's pulling me."

According to Kate another vital part of her self-care routine is using her own brand's 'Sacred Mist.' The inspiration for the scent came from Kate's love for her countryside garden. Gardening has become something of a ritual for the 48-year-old industry icon. Gardening is a "moment when she [Kate] can disconnect from the outside world and be her truest self," according to Cosmoss, "The fragrance of the surrounding plants, flowers and earth was something Kate wanted to always be able to have with her, to be able to access her sacred space of peace and balance."

Sacred Mist is a mood-boosting fragrance which was crafted by Kate with carefully chosen essential oils to help create "a special ritual for body and spirit, acting on both the skin and olfactory receptors to bring emotional balance and provide a sense of inner peace."
