This week Cardi B walked into a New York City courthouse wearing an outfit which, as we've come to expect from the Grammy Award-winning rapper, was nothing short of jaw-dropping.

The musician, whose real name Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, donned an oversized white fur coat, a skin-tight turtleneck dress, white sunglasses and to top it off sky-high white Louboutin pumps. Naturally she also donned her signature 6 inch manicure to complete the look.

Cardi B shared photos of her look on Instagram

Not one to shy away from a public moment, she shared photos of her outfit with her 149 Million followers on her Instagram story.

The rapper has found herself in hot water recently, after an assault at a strip club which took place back in 2018. She had an argument with a female bartender after accusing her of having an affair with her husband, Offset. She pleaded guilty to two misdemeanour assault charges in September 2022. As a result Cardi B was ordered to appear before a judge  after failing to complete the required community service for the assault. The WAP singer is yet to complete 15 days of mandatory unpaid work as part of her plea deal.

Cardi B and her husband Offset of Migos fame have been married since 2017. She recently revealed why she filed for divorce and then quickly called off the proceedings in 2020. In a clip from The Jason Lee Show she explained, "Me and Offset, we was not seeing eye-to-eye. This was like, the same year I filed for divorce and everything."

She continued, "I want him to say it, because I feel like that's really part of his story… The main thing that I wanted him to stop and everything, he stopped and he changed, and it showed me that he wanted to change for me."

"I didn't wait until he cheated on me again. I didn't wait [for] another controversy with him being involved. I decided to leave. If I wanted to stay, I could have stayed. I decided to leave."
