It's safe to say that aside from the romantic drama, one of the main reasons we watch Love Island is for Maya Jama's wardrobe.
Immediately after it was announced she would be taking over fromLaura Whitmore as host of the reality show back in 2022, fans were readily awaiting to see her her on-screen fashion choices, and as expected, she didn't disappoint.

Fans of Maya and the show will know there's quite literally nothing she can't pull off, including an electric blue cutout dress from Balmain. This look reminded us just how powerful a pop of colour can be.
Pink certainly made the boys (and every other person on the planet watching) wink with this jaw-dropping dress Maya wore on the first episode of Love Island: Aftersun 2023. Aside from the stunning shocking pink colour and the ultra-flattering cut-out design, we’re impressed that this dress from Hanifa is super affordable in comparison to many of her high-end looks.
It would be a crime not to include her custom Genevieve Devine dress in this roundup. Made from a slew of tiny circle leather disks fixed together with metal clasps and featuring a thigh-high slit and crossbody back straps, Maya made this dress look like a work of art.
Body heat or heatmap dresses have been loved by social media sartorialists for a while now, but nobody has quite worn one like Maya. She wore this stunning deep orange dress with yellow highlights from Syndical Chambers, giving the street style trend a super sultry upgrade.
This cutout crepe halterneck gown from Mônot will forever be a favourite amongst fashion fans. Boasting a daring neckline and cutouts across the chest and hips, this dress seems to be for Maya. In addition, Kate Hudson wore the same Mônot piece back in 2021.
In 2023, Maya’s daring red knit bra and skirt set from Crolage oozed cool-girl beach bum. To glam up the look, she added a touch of lipstick in the same fiery hue, taking the look to all-new heights.
