Finding an outfit for London Fashion Week brings with it a very particular kind of panic. I was going to say I don't know why, but actually, I do. There are shows to attend, street-style photographers to dodge (or, ideally, catch the eye of) and a camera around every corner, all of which can make getting dressed feel like a high-stakes sartorial sport.
It is, of course, the perfect excuse to experiment with your wardrobe, but making a statement doesn't necessarily mean reaching for the loudest thing. In fact, some of the coolest looks are often the effortlessly curated.
Here at the H! Fashion office, we're seasoned LFW goers, so we've learnt a thing or two about getting dressed for the occasion. From the investment pieces worth making room for to the styling tricks that can make even the simplest outfit feel instantly more fashion-forward, our editors are sharing the pieces they're shopping for London Fashion Week this September.
