Who is Maya Hawke?
Daughter of Hollywood heavyweights Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke, Maya Hawke has carved out a career on her own terms as an actor, musician and eccentric style muse. Best known for playing Robin Buckley in Netflix’s supernatural phenomenon Stranger Things, she has also appeared in films including Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood (2019) and Wes Anderson’s Asteroid City (2023).
Most recently, the creative has been busy promoting her upcoming film The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping, in which she stars as character Wiress, a former District 3 champion and victor who helps mentor a young Haymitch Abernathy, played by East of Eden breakout star Joseph Zada.
