Camilla starts Pakistan tour on super stylish note

Prince Charles and his wife Camilla are enjoying their first visit to Pakistan this week after arriving in Islamabad on Sunday night. And a beautifully groomed Duchess of Cornwall showed just how much her confidence and sense of style have grown since she took on the role of royal consort.

Elegantly dressed in a flattering but modest cream tunic and trouser ensemble Camilla looked both radiant and confident on what is her third joint foreign tour with Charles. The outfit - which had clearly been chosen with the trip's destination in mind - was impeccably accessorised with matching clutch, white loafers and a light scarf.

Security around the couple is tight on what has been described as one of the most high risk royal visits for some time. But the husband-and-wife team seemed to be taking things in their stride as they settled into a round of official engagements.

Judging from the expression on his face, the Prince of Wales was clearly delighted when he was presented with a traditional Pakistani hat known as a Tasher while visiting a youth event at the start of the five-day trip. The Prince was on hand to launch an initiative to help disadvantaged young people in Pakistan become entrepreneurs.

Other engagements on the schedule are a formal dinner - which former cricketer Imran Khan, who was a friend of the late Princess Diana, is expected to attend - as well as a visit an Islamic school and the region left devastated by last year's earthquake.
