Kate recyles Erdem dress as her father walks family friend down the aisle

A year and a half since he famously walked his daughter down the aisle of Westminster Abbey before a 2,000 strong congregation, Michael Middleton had the task of giving away another bride.This time Kate looked on in an elegant Erdem dress, which she previously wore in June for Trooping The Colour, as her father walked hand-in-hand with family friend Thierry Kelaart.

Fresh from her Jubilee tour of South East Asia, Kate accessorised the grey, embroidered dress, with a silver clutch bag and her favourite nude court shoes, although she sported a different hat It was a family affair as the Duchess joined her sister Pippa, who wore a chic coffee coloured dress, brother James and parents Carole and Michael at St Batholomew's church in Oxfordshire.The groom was 33-year-old Patrick Heathcoat Amory, son of Sir Ian and Lady Heathcoat Amory of Calverleigh, Devon.

Thierry, 29, who studied history at the University of Edinburgh with Pippa, asked Michael to give her away as her father, Paul Kelaart, passed away in 1992 when she was 10.The bride's mother Anne is a former High Sheriff of Oxfordshire and runs the family farm in the village of South Moreton, where the wedding reception was held.
