It seems that Princess Estelle of Sweden is already aware of her patriotic duty as the future queen. The little girl delighted her parents Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel by waving the national flag in her tiny hands as the family attended the final day of the Nordic World Ski Championships

Despite the thrills and excitement being generated on the slopes, Estelle was the centre of attention at the event held in the Italian town of Val di Fiemme. Estelle, who just celebrated her first birthday, was wrapped up against the cold in a cute ski suit and wool hat. A constant supply of kisses and cuddles from Victoria provided extra warmth. The little princess has been the pride and joy of the royal palace since she was born in February 2012.

The second-in-line to the Swedish throne, whose full name is Princess Estelle Silvia Ewa Mary of Sweden, was christened in May 2012, drawing many European royals to Stockholm's Royal Chapel. The youngster was given an array of regal godparents including Crown Princess Mary of Denmark, Prince Haakon of Norway, Prince Willem-Alexander and her uncle, Prince Carl Philip of Sweden.
