Princess Madeleine's daughter Princess Leonore celebrated her first birthday on 20 February. In honour of her baby daughter's special day, Swedish princess Madeleine shared a never-before-seen photo of the royal youngster on her official Facebook page.
"Leonore, our little sunshine turns 1 year old today!" Madeleine, 32, captioned the picture, which shows Leonore sporting a cute pink dress and sitting on a chair.
Within two hours of the picture being posted, over 45,000 of Princess Madeleine's fans had liked the sweet image, with thousands leaving comments and well wishes for the little girl.

Leonore's birthday is her last before becoming a big sister. Princess Madeleine and her husband Chris O'Neill recently announced that they are expecting their second baby, who will be born in June.
Madeleine and Chris's second child will be born in Sweden, whereas Leonore was welcomed into the world in New York – where the royal couple were living at the time.
Financier Chris, who tied the knot with Madeleine on 8 June 2013, was by his wife's side when she gave birth at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. The following day doting dad Chris attended a press conference proudly sporting a print of his new daughter's footprint on his forearm.
While Leonore was born in the Big Apple, the happy news was still celebrated in Madeleine's home country and a 21-gun salute took place in Stockholm, Boden, Harnosand, Karlskrona and Gothenburg.

No doubt the arrival of Princess Madeleine and Chris's second child, who will be cousin to Princess Estelle and grandchild to King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden, will be honoured with similar fanfare.
As well as the arrival of Madeleine and Chris's baby, the Swedish royals will welcome another member to their family in June.
On 13 June, Madeleine's elder brother Prince Carl Philip will tie the knot with Sofia Hellqvist. With just four months to go until their big day, the pair have increased the number of public engagements they undertake as a couple, and on Wednesday night looked as loved-up as ever as they attended the opening ceremony of the Nordic World Ski Championships with Crown Princess Victoria and Queen Silvia.
