Princess Charlotte looked more grown up than ever as she stepped out with the Prince and Princess of Wales at the Wimbledon men's singles final, and it was her beautiful hairstyle that immediately caught royal fans' attention.

Joining Prince William, Princess Kate and her older brother Prince George in the Royal Box at the All England Club on Sunday, the ten-year-old royal debuted her longest locks yet, wearing her brunette hair in soft, flowing waves that were strikingly similar to her mother's signature style.

Charlotte's glossy "mermaid hair" fell well below her shoulders in loose curls, with the front sections swept neatly back from her face, a hairstyle Princess Kate has favoured on countless royal engagements over the years.

The resemblance between mother and daughter was unmistakable as the pair arrived hand in hand, with Kate also wearing her chestnut hair in cascading waves over one shoulder.

Charlotte channels Princess Kate

While Princess Kate opted for an elegant olive-green dress accessorised with oversized sunglasses, Charlotte looked equally polished in a vibrant cornflower-blue dress featuring flutter sleeves.

The young princess finished the look with a delicate gold charm bracelet and wore her hair half-up, allowing the length of her glossy locks to take centre stage.

The hairstyle marked a noticeable change from previous appearances, where Charlotte has often worn her hair in braids, ponytails or shorter loose curls.

Instead, the young royal embraced a more grown-up look, with the long, beachy waves giving her an almost identical silhouette to her stylish mother.

A family day at Centre Court

The Wales family were out in force to watch the Wimbledon men's final, with Prince George and Princess Charlotte joining their parents in the Royal Box.

Prince George looked smart in a navy suit with a striped tie, while Charlotte sat alongside her brother throughout the match, applauding the action from Centre Court.

The siblings appeared engrossed in the tennis, with Charlotte alternating between serious concentration and enthusiastic applause as cameras frequently caught her reactions.

Ahead of taking their seats, the family were also photographed walking together through the grounds of the All England Club, with Charlotte waving to spectators before following her parents onto Centre Court.

Following in her mother's fashionable footsteps

Princess Kate has long been considered one of Wimbledon's most stylish regulars, and Charlotte is already showing signs of following in her fashionable footsteps.

The Princess of Wales, patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club since 2016, is known for favouring timeless silhouettes and elegant beauty looks, with her softly curled hair becoming one of her defining style signatures.

Charlotte's latest appearance suggests she's beginning to adopt a similar aesthetic, with her glossy waves drawing comparisons to Kate's iconic hairstyle.

As always, the young royal carried herself with confidence throughout the day, smiling alongside her family as they enjoyed one of the biggest events in the British sporting calendar.
