Meghan Markle brought more than $66,000 worth of sparkle to an otherwise relaxed outfit in a new photograph featured in As Ever's September 30 newsletter.

The Duchess of Sussex paired a $61,250 Jennifer Meyer diamond necklace with $5,575 Logan Hollowell earrings, bringing the combined price of those two pieces alone to $66,825.

The image, also shared as part of her lifestyle brand's latest Instagram update, showed Meghan sitting beside a window in a cream jumper and an olive-green skirt, with an open advent calendar resting next to her.

Her knit featured a ribbed neckline, cuffs and waistband, while the skirt's silky finish added a dressier touch. Meghan wore her hair in a loosely pinned updo, with strands framing her face and her diamond studs visible beneath.

A gold watch and several slim bracelets completed the look. Behind her, neutral cushions and a textured throw continued the soft colour palette, with greenery visible through the window.

The standout piece was Jennifer Meyer's Large Double Dome Tennis Necklace with 1/3 Diamond Pavé, which sat neatly against the neckline of her jumper.

Handcrafted in 18-karat gold, the design features rounded links, with white diamonds covering the front section and polished gold continuing around the rest of the necklace.

According to the designer's website, the piece contains 6.46 carats of diamonds and measures 15 inches, giving it a close-fitting shape. It is made in Los Angeles and currently retails for US$61,250.

Meghan allowed the substantial necklace to take centre stage, pairing it with smaller earrings rather than another oversized accessory near her face.

Her Reverse Water Drop Martini Studs are by Logan Hollowell, another jeweller whose designs have appeared repeatedly in the duchess's collection. The earrings are listed at $5,575.

The family meaning behind her jewellery

Meghan's jewellery choices have often included references to Prince Harry and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

For her 40th birthday video in August 2021, she wore Logan Hollowell constellation necklaces representing Taurus and Gemini, the zodiac signs of Archie and Lilibet respectively.

She has also worn the designer's Leo and Virgo constellation rings, corresponding to her own August birthday and Harry's September birthday. The pieces were spotted during the couple's Australia visit earlier this year.

Her engagement ring carries another family connection. Harry designed it with a central diamond from Botswana, a country that holds special significance in their relationship, flanked by two diamonds from Princess Diana's personal collection.

Meghan also wore Diana's aquamarine ring to her evening wedding reception in May 2018, pairing the blue stone with her white Stella McCartney halterneck gown.

A festive launch for As Ever

The new photograph accompanied the launch of As Ever's 2026 Holiday Advent Calendar, created with Los Angeles chocolatier Compartés.

The limited-edition calendar contains 24 handcrafted chocolates, presented in a keepsake box inspired by Meghan's Montecito home and garden. It is priced at $148.

The chocolates draw on flavours associated with the brand, including its fruit spreads. Each piece is numbered in Meghan's handwriting using edible gold lustre, while the illustrated packaging incorporates details such as palm trees and chickens.

Preorders opened on October 1, with deliveries scheduled for early November, giving customers time to prepare for the December countdown. The festive release follows earlier chocolate collaborations between As Ever and Compartés.
