With the long nights starting to draw in, autumn is well and truly here, and so is the countdown to Christmas. And Meghan Markle is getting ready for the festive season with her first-ever Advent calendar.
Ahead of its highly anticipated release, the Duchess of Sussex shared a newsletter highlighting the new product, and she was pictured alongside the calendar.
Meghan looked very seasonal in the image, wearing a cream knit-jumper and a forest-green skirt. The Duchess accessorised with a golden necklace and bracelet, while also wearing her stunning ring that Prince Harry presented her with when he proposed.
The Advent calendar was seen by her side, with the box being in royal blue, while separate pictures show off the dark boxes inside that contain the sweet treats.

Meghan Markle's love for Christmas
The Duchess of Sussex loves Christmas just as much as the rest of us, and she's previously confessed how much she goes all-out when it comes to the holidays.
Talking about how she celebrates the holiday with her children in a 2024 interview with Marie Claire, she explained: "At first, I think as a mum with children you're just enjoying having them there, but they're not understanding everything that's happening yet. But now we're at the age where I just can't wait to see it through their lens every year."
She also shared an insight into her Christmas celebrations last year in an As Ever newsletter.
"Last night, I was nibbling the remnants of our Christmas Eve feast (dim sum this year), wrapping a few last-minute gifts, and tiptoeing down the stairs with my husband to make sure 'Santa' had enjoyed his cookies and 'the reindeer' had eaten their carrots," she wrote. "Anything to maintain the morning magic of Christmas through our children’s eyes."
© JAKE ROSENBERG/NETFLIXThe mum-of-two went on to share the family’s simple, joyful plans for the day: "I plan to spend today cuddled up with my family - maybe pajamas all day, some Scrabble or Sequence (or Candyland for the kids), music playing, candles flickering, dogs snoring, endless grazing; the laughter, the sidebars, the deep breaths (you know the ones), the fun, and the memories."
Meghan concluded her festive message with a heartfelt wish for her readers: "I hope that whether you're cozied up in your pajamas like we are, or dressed to the nines, whether you’re with a huge gathering, with your partner, your kids, or on your own - wherever you happen to find yourself today reading this note - I am wishing you a very Merry Christmas, and all the blessings that come with it. From my family to yours, Happy Holidays!"
