Legendary fashion designer Dame Vivienne Westwood has put her famous flamboyant stamp on a luxury penthouse hotel suite in Hollywood's London hotel. When the magnificent suite opens in May in the hotel – which is a favourite among the Kardashians, Eva Mendes, Channing Tatum and Morgan Freeman – it will become the largest available hotel penthouse in LA.

Located on the 10th floor of the famed hotel, the 11,000-square-foot penthouse sprawls over two storeys and features gorgeous, modern décor and high-end bespoke furniture, with touches of the designer's kooky aesthetic sprinkled throughout. A one-hour personal shopping session at Vivienne Westwood's boutique and his-and-her goodie bags upon arrival also complete the A-lister package.

Vivienne's personal touches come in the shape of her iconic squiggle-print pattern featured on the rugs and high-end fabrics, while a collection of silk scarves from the designer's archives are on display in the lavish dining room.
Other luxuries include an expansive rooftop terrace complete with sun loungers, sofas and breathtaking city vistas that accommodates up to 300 guests for parties, a full-size kitchen perfect for hosting intimate dinner parties, and a dedicated media room for film industry magnates – who are likely to make the most of the exclusive setting.

Guests also get to enjoy a master bedroom with a four-poster, king-sized bed.
Overnight stays in the penthouse suite of the David Collins-designed hotel will be priced at $25,000 (approximately £17,000).
Vivienne's partnership with the London West Hollywood Hotel comes as part of its ongoing $25million (approximately £17million) renovation and refurbishment. It follows on from her collaboration with Virgin Atlantic when she redesigned the airline's uniforms.
The suite is due to open on 18 May and will be the largest available hotel penthouse in LA
The 74-year-old is the latest in a long line of designers, from Karl Lagerfeld to Diane von Furstenberg, to be commissioned to design either single hotel suites or entire properties.
