If your children are glued to the screen every time an episode of Postman Pat or In The Night Garden airs, then a stay Alton Towers' new CBeebies Land Hotel could make their year. The theme park has caused a stir amongst parents and children alike with a sneak preview of its upcoming eye-catching accommodation, which will feature 76 rooms all in the theme of the channel's hit shows.
The hotel opens its doors this summer, and has been designed exclusively for pre-schoolers and young families; each bedroom boasts a separate area for children and parents, as well as toddler-friendly features including bathroom steps to the sink, baby baths and cots.

There are special suites with interactive play items and activity tables to keep your little ones occupied; hunt for parcels in the Postman Pat room, count up the jewels in the Swashbuckle room or even search for Pontipines around the In The Night Garden room, or imagine exciting adventures in the impressive underwater-themed room for fans of Octonauts.

It's well worth a visit if your kids are obsessed with all things CBeebies – not only can they meet their favourite characters, but there's a jam-packed schedule including a Swashbuckle game show, a dinosaur hunt, a live show and disco, and even a spot of stargazing.

Meanwhile, the resort's CBeebies Land is also getting a major update this season, with the introduction of two new attractions. For adventurers there's the Go Jetters Vroomster Zoom ride, where children can control their own Vroomster up and down as they 'launch' from the Jetpad. For those wanting to catch a glimpse of other beloved characters, The Furchester Hotel Live show makes for the perfect afternoon activity; the interactive performance will feature appearances from everyone including Elmo, Cookie Monster, Funella, Phoebe and Furgus!
