Vince Vaughn is selling his home in the Hollywood Hills for $2.69million (around £2.08million). The Wedding Crashers star bought the property from Kate Bosworth in 2014 for $2.375million (around £1.84million), according to property website Trulia.

Located in the celebrity hotspot of the Hollywood Hills, it is easy to see why both Vince and Kate were charmed by the property. The spacious home offers peace and privacy, and is set back on a half-acre estate behind a discreet gated driveway, but is still conveniently located within Los Angeles.
Vince's contemporary home has 2,890 square feet of space, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and multiple outdoor areas complete with a lap pool and al fresco living room. The property has a spacious open plan layout and modern décor, with incredible canyon views from its terrace.

The downstairs floor of the home has an open plan design, with a number of huge windows and doors that lead out to the garden. This seating area is decorated in neutral colours, with dark wooden floors, a brown leather sofa and cream chairs. Logs are stacked up by the side of chimney breast, ideal to use on the traditional fireplace.

There is a further separate living area elsewhere downstairs, along with a dining table with space for six people. A blue and white patterned rug adds a pop of colour to the otherwise muted décor, while a chandelier hangs from the traditional wooden beams that run across the ceilings.
