Heidi Klum channelled Princess Belle in an ethereal Elie Saab gown for the 79th annual Cannes Film Festival. The supermodel graced the red carpet in a peachy-toned gown courtesy of the Lebanese designer.
The column gown featured a corseted bodice with ruched detailing, a central knot accent, and a plunging neckline. A sheer mesh overlay extended from the back of the waist, trailing behind the star like a mini train. The bodice was adorned with pink floral appliqués in soft lilac tones, accented by subtle speckles of green.
Heidi's golden locks were styled into bombshell curls while her makeup exuded soft glam, courtesy of a dark smoky eye and a glossy pink lip.
On May 13, Heidi stepped out in a contrasting ensemble – this time opting for a monochromatic look. The supermodel donned an asymmetric black dress that featured a daring cut-out on the hip with ruched detailing. The LBD featured a floor-grazing cut and was styled with bold black sunglasses.
Elie Saab is a firm favorite designer of Heidi's when it comes to her Cannes Film Festival sartorial agenda. Last year, she wore a strapless pink gown by the Lebanese designer. The garment evoked the shape of a corolla, crafted from what appeared to be a bouquet of pink petals cascading into a dramatic train, finished with a voluminous silhouette.
Heidi Klum's best yellow dresses
This isn't the first time the supermodel has worn a yellow number to the event. In 2023, she stunned at the Cannes premiere of La Passion de Dodin Bouffan in a bright yellow Zuhair Murad Couture gown. The garment featured large cut-outs on the bodice with a cross-hatch neckline. The shoulders were embellished with intricate gold sequins and the fabric cascaded into flowing cape sleeves. The dress was completed with a daring thigh-high slit.
It seems Heidi has also been embracing the summery shade in the last few months. The German native attended the Vanity Fair's Oscar Party back in March, dressed in a custom Chrome Hearts dress in a trendy butter-yellow shade.
The satin gown featured a halter neckline with an open back design while nude mesh adorned the bodice and skirt, embellished with sequin embroidery and delicate beadwork in gold and silver tones.
The dress was finished with a daring, thigh-high slit that was layered with the sheer embroidered panel. The look was accessorized with Paris Texas’ mirrored gold Lidia mules that featured an open-toe design with a killer heel.
