Novak's take on fatherhood

This isn't the first time that Novak's children have traveled with him as he competed around the world. They've attended numerous grand slam matches to cheer him on, and they even went to Paris during the 2024 Olympics, and got to witness Novak take home a gold medal.

Novak is deeply inspired by his children and what they've taught him over the years.

During a press conference in 2022, the star shared: "I have the privilege to be a father to wonderful kids, so I try to take that childish energy and fuel my inner child because I tend to forget my inner child a lot, because everything is so serious."

The children's connection to tennis

Stefan has showcased his love of tennis from an early age, however, his sister Tara isn't a fan of the sport and prefers gymnastics and ballet.

When it comes to Stefan's interest, Novak remains neutral and doesn't pressure him to pursue tennis professionally. He wants that to be Stefan's personal decision should he move forward.

Novak revealed during a press conference in 2022: "I'm not forcing him to play tennis. I never did that, not a single day have I told him that he has to do this. It's really only his pure desire to step on the court."

Novak added: "So if he wants to embark on this journey, I guess I have to embark with him too. He's doing well so far – he's really in love with the sport."
