Stevie Nicks could be preparing for one of the biggest celebrity weddings of the year.
The Fleetwood Mac icon, 78, is expected to attend Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's much-speculated nuptials, and according to reports, she may even perform during the celebrations.
Rolling Stone claims the "Edge of Seventeen" singer, who has shared a close friendship with Taylor for years, is set to play a special part in the festivities.
Stevie and Taylor have enjoyed a longstanding bond both on and off stage. The pair have performed together live, while Stevie also penned a heartfelt poem for the physical edition of Taylor's 2024 album, The Tortured Poets Department.
Speaking to Rolling Stone last year, Stevie couldn't hide her happiness over Taylor's romance with the NFL star.
"She's in a good place right now, and I think she has a good man," she said.
"I hope they fall deeper and deeper in love and ride off into the sunset."
Taylor has also paid tribute to Stevie on several occasions. During Game 4 of the NBA Finals in June, the Grammy winner wore a vintage-inspired "Stevie Knicks" T-shirt, a playful nod to the legendary singer.
Wedding speculation continues
Rumours surrounding Taylor and Travis's wedding have intensified in recent weeks, with The New York Times reporting that the couple has reserved Madison Square Garden in New York City ahead of the Fourth of July holiday.
According to the publication, plans include an intimate gathering of around 100 guests on July 2, followed by a much larger celebration for approximately 1,000 people the following day.
A spokesperson for New York City's Hall confirmed that a permit has been filed through the City Street Activity Office to close the area surrounding Madison Square Garden during that period.
However, it's believed the celebrations may not be where the couple officially exchange vows. Reports suggest Taylor and Travis could choose to marry privately before hosting a lavish reception for family and friends in New York.
While most brides and grooms must make cuts to their wedding guestlist, Taylor plans to invite everyone.
"I'm so excited about it ... I know it's going to be fun to plan because I think the only stressful weddings are the ones where you have a small amount ... and people are on the bubble," she said on The Graham Norton Show on October 3.
