He went on to thank his wife, Melissa, and family friend Kimber Wuerfel for organising the service. "I'm grateful that my wife... helped decorate and plan this. I would've been lost and not known what to do without them."

Describing the day as "an emotional roller coaster," Brandon also thanked those who attended and paid tribute to his father.

"I just hope and pray that everyone enjoyed their time yesterday as we all let go and said our goodbyes."

A touching farewell

Darrell's former wife, Kimber Wuerfel, also shared moments from the celebration on social media, including the release of 67 white doves in honour of the late reality star's life.

A fan favourite

Known to millions of viewers as "The Gambler," Darrell became one of Storage Wars' breakout stars when the series premiered in 2010.

He remained a familiar face on the show until departing following season 15 in 2023.

After leaving television, Darrell opened an antique store in Arizona, Havasu Show Me Your Junk, where he continued sharing his passion for collectibles with fans.

His emotional celebration of life served as a poignant reminder of the lasting impact he had on those closest to him, as well as the loyal viewers who followed his journey over the years.
