Pamela Anderson didn't just know how to rock a bright red swimsuit – a pink one-piece also paired perfectly with her iconic long blonde locks.

Casually posed in the sea around Catalina Island, with a matching pair of goggles in hand, she proved herself completely at home in the water.

Baywatch costumes might scream tomato red, but apart from some vivid text with the show's branding, they also knew how to keep things simple.

Pamela's black swimsuit beautifully contrasted against her pale hair and showed off a tan, ready for a slow-motion close-up.

But minding the beaches of Los Angeles County is hard work, and their iconic lifeguard tower gave a better view of the sands (as well as being the perfect place for a pose).

Layered under white lace and knitted mesh, the actress combined occasion dressing with a casual beach outfit that's still inspiring us today.
