Rita Ora has been labeled "body goals" after sharing jaw-dropping new photos that put her incredibly toned physique front and center.
The 35-year-old singer looked sensational in the photos she shared on Friday, wearing a tiny, patterned bikini that showcased every curve and muscle.
Rita was in Poland ahead of her performance at the Bittersweet Music Festival on Friday evening and took advantage of her downtime by cooling off in an outdoor shower.
Rita's skin glistened in her multi-colored zebra-print bikini top and green snakeskin thong, which highlighted the defined contours of her body.
"Summertime isn't over yet," she captioned the Instagram post. "See you tonight @bittersweetmusicfestival on the Bittersweet Stage at 7pm!! Can't wait to get wet with you all."
Her followers also appeared to need to cool down after seeing her photos, with many floored by her gym-honed appearance.
"OMG body goals!" one commented. Another said: "You look really so beautiful." A third added: "Those abs are [fire]."
Rita's workout routine
The singer has long been open about the discipline behind her physique, regularly sharing glimpses of her workouts and speaking about the importance of exercise to her well-being.
In February, she opened up about her approach to exercise, admitting she became "addicted" to the endorphin rush she gets from working out.
"I became very, almost addicted to that endorphin after that one-hour workout. And my day just felt really positive. It changed my whole mindset," she told GB News.
"That hour is really crucial to me now. I wouldn't necessarily even relate it to how I look, really. It really is about a feeling."
Rita has changed up her workout plan, switching from cardio to strength training. "Sometimes I don't have an hour. I'll do 20 minutes in a hotel room. Bands, glutes, mat work. I just do something," she shared.
"I don't put that much pressure on myself, because I don't think it’s healthy. I like that you don't have to rush into a strength class; you just have to hit those four rounds. You can take a minute rest – sometimes I take a two-minute rest – but I hit the rounds."
She added: "I never saw working out as something that has to do with money. I always grew up very active – in the parks, playing football, regardless of the weather.
"My parents were very strict on us moving our bodies at a young age. That's just how I was raised."
One of Rita's favorite workouts to do on the go is Pilates. "It's definitely my easiest format to go to, just because I can travel with the equipment way easier than a heavy set of weights. I do love a strength class when I have a gym around," she noted.
Sharing her advice to those who may feel intimidated by exercise, Rita said: "You don't need to hit 10,000 steps. You just need to move. If it's 20 minutes walking in the park, that's incredible. Walking is so good."
She added: "I'm still not incredible at cardio. I get so tired. I can't just do a 10k run and not stop. That's just not what my body does, and I'm OK with it."
