Lux Pascal is an actress and transgender activist

If you thought you couldn't love him more, Pedro Pascal has been nothing but supportive of his sister Lux Pascal, who came out as trans in 2021.

An actress, model and activist, Lux is a celebrity figure in her own right and is often found by Pedro's side at red carpet events.

Ella Beatty has a close bond with brother Stephen

The daughter of Warren Beatty and Annette Bening, Ella was born with a better knowledge than most of life in the spotlight and has since starred in the Ryan Murphy drama Feud: Capote vs. The Swans and 2025 comedy If I Had Legs I'd Kick You.

Ella and her parents have been supportive of her brother Stephen Beatty identity as a trans man since he came out at 14 years old. He works as a writer and artist.

Dylan has a transmasculine sibling, Julz

Teen Wolf and Maze Runner star Dylan O'Brien has expressed his support of transmasculine sibling Julz O'Brien in a 2024 interview during press for Ponyboi.

Julz subsequently responded to the interview, stating the pair hadn't spoken in over a year, as of May 2025. They also clarified their identity as transmasculine, rather than nonbinary as Dylan stated.

Alysa's sister Jaylin is also an athlete

Alysa Liu stole the show at the 2026 Olympics, representing the US in figure skating and taking home two gold medals for her efforts. 

Her sister Jaylin Liu is also an athlete, competing in track and field, varsity basketball and ultimate frisbee. Jaylin was there to support her Olympian sister in 2026, alongside her other three siblings, and cheer Alysa on to victory.

Alexis Arquette was a star actress in her own right

David Arquette

David Arquette is best known for his role in the Scream franchise as Dewey Riley, and for a famed romance with Friends star Courteney Cox.

His sister Alexis was a star in her own right, appearing in The Wedding Singer and Pulp Fiction. She also documented her transition in 2007 film Alexis Arquette: She's My Brother. She sadly passed in 2016 at the age of 47 following a cardiac arrest related to HIV.
