It's an extra special, celebratory weekend for Fergie and her family.
On Saturday, August 29, the "Fergalicious" singer's son Axl rang in his milestone 13th trip around the sun, and officially entered his teenage years.
The doting mom shares the birthday boy with ex-husband Josh Duhamel, to whom she was married from 2009 to 2019, and who has since married Audra Mari, in 2022.
For Axl's special day, Fergie, 51, took to Instagram and shared a slew of photos of the now-teenager throughout the years.
She first shared a rare, recent snap of him, looking just like his dad but with his mom's signature blonde hair, which he had styled into tousled spikes.
Fergie also included photos of him as a baby and toddler, as well as more photos of him looking all grown up, and already just as tall as her.
"13. Wow, my teenager," Fergie wrote. "I'm saying that with tears in my eyes as I feel like the world is shifting beneath us."
"It's so beautiful to watch you grow into the kind, silly, and cool dude you are. You are so tough bruh," she added. "Happy 13th Axl Jack. I love you."
Fans were then quick to take to the comments section under the post and gush over it, with one writing: "He looks just like you! No DNA test required," as others followed suit with: "Happy Birthday, Axl! I cannot believe you're thirteen now — handsome, smart, kind, soccer-loving, the coolest teenager ever!" and: "Happy birthday, Axl!!!!! Can't believe you are a teenager!!!!!" as well as: "Happy birthday Axl. Can't believe how fast time has flown… what a handsome teenager."
Josh also took to Instagram with his own tribute, including a photo of Axl with one of his younger half-siblings. The Ransom Canyon actor, 53, shares son Shepherd Lawrence, two, and daughter Rocca de Leon, born in May 2026, with his wife Audra, 32.
"Guess who's a TEENAGER!? Holy crap that went fast. I love this dude so much. I couldn't have asked for a more kind, compassionate and thoughtful kid. HAPPY 13th B-DAY AXL JACK!!!" Josh captioned his post.
Josh splits his time between California and his remote ranch in rural Minnesota. "It's like two different worlds, and I think it's so good for my boy, and my baby boy now too to just start to learn how to do some of the basic things that I think we've either forgotten or never learned how to do," he previously told Entertainment Tonight about his lakeside property.
