Michael Douglas is staying on top of his health — and his steps.

Over the weekend, the Fatal Attraction actor, 82, took to Instagram and shared a glimpse into his health and wellness routine, taking fans along on a walk through Central Park.

"Oh man, [I'm] tired," he said, noting that he had been walking for over an hour, and quipping it's "not bad" for an 82-year-old.

"Everybody's here on a beautiful Sunday," he added, before sharing a clip of him riding in the back of a pedicab.

"Happy Sunday! Back in NYC… nothing beats a Sunday walk through the park and a ride around town. Hope you're all having a great weekend!" he wrote, and fans were quick to take to the comments section under the post and commend him.

"Always a beautiful and uplifting message! You do not look 82!" one wrote, as others followed suit with: "The legend just casually strolling through his old Gordon Gekko stomping grounds!" referring to his Wall Street character, and: "Good job brother! My Dad's 89, he said, 'Lookin' good Michael,'" as well as: "Look after yourself Mr. Michael but also stay safe. We love you."
