Kate Hudson certainly packed a memorable holiday wardrobe for Jennifer Meyer's wedding celebrations in Hawaii.

The actress shared a sun-soaked Instagram video taking followers behind the scenes of the festivities, with one beachside moment showing her in a striking red bikini.

Seated on a white towel on the sand, Kate wore a strapless bandeau top with a central ring detail and matching briefs. Dark sunglasses and a gold necklace completed her beach look, while her blonde hair was swept into a tousled topknot with a white flower accessory.

Her routine is varied: Kate described doing yoga, stretching and breathing exercises, while strength training has become increasingly important to her as she has grown older.

She also highlighted mobility, including movement through the spine and hips, as part of her approach.

For anyone struggling to get started, her advice was refreshingly manageable. A walk or a short session with weights could be enough to begin building the habit. As Kate put it: "Even if it's 20 minutes a day, you're golden."
