Emily Wickersham showed off her phenomenal figure in stunning poolside photos this week.
The former NCIS star, 42, looked incredibly toned, flaunting her defined abs in a brown bikini while soaking up the sun at a Hollywood hotel.
Emily shared several snaps on Instagram on Friday, one showing her lying on a partially shaded sunbed in her tiny two-piece, and another of her standing by a pool in her bikini top and loose patterned pants.
"Cause we never do anything real, we just talk about it," she captioned the images, which were quickly complimented by her followers, who called her "beautiful."
Life after NCIS
Since leaving NCIS, Emily has become a mom, welcoming her first child, son Cassius, with her husband, actor James Badge Dale, on December 30, 2021. The couple welcomed their youngest son, Zephyr, in October 2024.
Emily revealed she was leaving the show in May 2021, bidding adieu when her character, Eleanor, got herself fired from NCIS so she could work undercover for CIA agent Odette Malone.
She announced her departure on Instagram, telling fans she was officially "hangin' [her] hat and jacket up" after nearly a decade on the show.
"What a great ride it's been," she wrote. "This cast, this crew, are top notch. I can't say enough kind words about this group that I've had the pleasure of working with for close to 8 years now and 172 episodes later.
"I've been lucky enough to be a part of a show where I got to show up and act and laugh and learn with wonderful people," she continued. "A moment in time I surely won't forget. Thank you CBS and NCIS for including me in a part of television history."
She later revealed why she decided to exit the long-running series on the podcast, Off-Duty: An NCIS Rewatch.
"I was ready to leave the show. It was time, and I was ready to move on to something else, and I guess this was the something else I was meant to move on to. So it was good," she explained.
However, Emily reprised her role as Special Agent Eleanor Bishop for two episodes in season 23 after a four-year hiatus.
She made a brief cameo in the season 23 fall finale in December 2025, and guest-starred in the March 3, 2026, midseason premiere.
Speaking about her return, Emily told TV Insider: "They just asked me back, and it was nice because it's such a familiar place for me, so I was really excited. I think storyline … To be honest, I've been busy with kids, so I have not watched the show really at all recently.
"So I don't exactly know how it came to be on their end, but I was really excited, and I think when Bishop left the show, there were so many unanswered questions that this will — I don't know if this will necessarily answer any of them for the fans, but I think it'll be like a nice little reunion."
Speaking about Eleanor's return, NCIS showrunner Steven D. Binder told TV Line: "I mean, [Bishop] was part of the pitch at the beginning of the season. You know, pie in the sky, this is what we'd like to do.
"We've been talking about it. Now we want to actually do this, and then whether or not it's going to happen, you don't ever really know, because timing is a big piece of it, and [Emily] lives, you know, not here anymore, so that makes it difficult.
"But she was game. She wanted to come back. I had a conversation with her... and she was gung ho. And that never faded throughout the process."
