Jada Pinkett Smith turned 55 on September 18, and she looks far from it.
Although she makes her insane figure seem effortless, the star puts in the work to move her body on the daily, and shows no signs of slowing down.
When it comes to the Red Table Talk host's workout routine, her philosophy is quality over quantity, sharing with BET: "Everybody's thinking you gotta be in the gym for an hour and a half. Literally, I'm never in the gym longer than 45 minutes."

The star continued: "Just be consistent — that's it! It doesn't necessarily have to be intense, and you will see a difference. Just go out of your house and do a brisk walk!"
Her favorite go tos are doing yoga in her home as well as a good ol' sweat session by doing cardio for 20 minutes.
Despite having the world's best gyms at her disposal, her best kept secret is using a towel during her workouts, by doing core-strength exercises while gliding over hardwood floors to get her impressive abs.
Jada learned through her own wellness journey what works for her, and admitted that the way she began working out looks completely different to how she does so in this decade.
She recalled: "I used to go so hard on my body. In the gym every day, lifting heavy weights, to have that hard body, but now I look my body – it's softer, it's not as firm as it was and I'm just learning to love it that way, and not feel that I have to beat my body up to be this muscle-bound thing."
The star has also found peace in her fitness routine, expressing that working out is an "act of self-love" for her.
During an episode of Red Table Talk, the star explained that her grandmother's approach to food forever stuck with her and became her adopted philosophy as well.
She revealed that for her, food is "not meant to be enjoyed, instead it is for nutrition."
Before Jada consumes a meal, she asks herself whether or not it's beneficial for her body, therefore, she tends to focus on eating high-protein meals, lots of greens and healthy carbohydrates
And when a craving hits her every now and then, Jada reaches for some of her indulgences including pizza, French fries and her family's go-to, apples and peanut butter.
