Kim Kardashian continued her European fashion marathon after touching down in London. The style mogul slipped into a Ludovic de Saint Sernin mermaid gown as she graced the Skims London flagship store opening party during London Fashion Week on September 18.
The Skims founder wore the Mermaid Bi Dress – a figure-hugging number crafted from nude leather. The maxi dress featured a plunging neckline with a corseted bodice that was adorned with a silver grommet trim. The gown fell into a gauzy semi-sheer skirt that boasted lace-up detailing with a diagonal cut. Kim's dress was completed with a mermaid silhouette as the skirt flared out elegantly and skimmed the ground.
Kim's choice of designer is hardly surprising given her fashion brand's upcoming collaboration with Ludovic de Saint Sernin. The collection, which is set to release on October 1, will consist of a limited-edition capsule that will blend Skims' signature shapewear pieces with Ludovic de Saint Sernin's lacy aesthetic.

She continued: "Our sensibilities are similar. The pieces we made are really classic and simple designs. It has the Ludovic sex element to it, mixed with the simplicity of Skims."
"I wanted to make sure that we had a wide variety of pieces: I wanted pants, long dresses, mini dresses. I also really haven’t done a lot of pencil skirts lately, and we wanted to do some [at] that length."

"I was going through her archive, and things that I loved seeing on her. We just wanted pieces that enhance the body and make people feel confident. That’s something we share in common: Celebrating the body in every shape and form."
