Brad Pitt shared a rare insight into Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's extravagant wedding. The actor revealed that the reception was so "big" that he ended up losing his girlfriend, Ines de Ramon, during the night.
"You mean the wedding of the century?" Brad said about the nuptials in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. "Let me tell you, that was such an amazing night. I think we were there for 10 hours, maybe 12. It was so thoughtful and well-planned and really moving and great fun," he said.
Due to a no-phone policy, Brad admitted that he couldn't find his girlfriend. "At one point I lost her in the melee on the dance floor," he shared. However he explained the period they spent apart was "not long" as "there's always someone to go, 'That way. She went that way."'
Brad Pitt and Ines de Ramon's relationship
The couple began dating in 2022 and largely kept their relationship private, only making their first public appearance in 2024 at the British Grand Prix. The pair have a 29 year age gap.
Brad was previously asked by GQ whether his relationship debut with the jewelry designer deliberately occurred in conjunction with his movie F1. "No, dude, it's not that calculated," he replied.
"If you're living, oh my God, how exhausting would that be? If you're living with making those kinds of calculations? No, life just evolves. Relationships evolve."
The couple made their relationship social media debut via celebrity hairstylist Lauren Zanoletti's Instagram. Lauren shared a photograph that captured the pair looking glamorous before the hitmaker's nuptials.
Brad looked suave in a classic black tuxedo while Ines oozed chic in a black lace gown that featured an off-the-shoulder neckline with an elegantly draped design. "My favorite lovers @inesdrmn & Brad Pitt for an incredible moment in nyc," read the caption.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding
The lavish celebration was said to spare no expense, with the spectacular ceremony taking place at Madison Square Garden in New York City and welcomed an estimated 1,000 guests.
The ceremony was officiated by Adam Sandler. The singer chose her brother as Man of Honor, and Travis chose his brother Jason as Best Man.
There was a black-tie dress code, with women expected to wear floor-length dresses while men would wear a tuxedo with a jacket, black bow tie and matching satin striped trousers. Taylor chose a bespoke Christian Dior Haute Couture wedding gown for her big day. The dress was designed by the maison's newly appointed creative director, Jonathan Anderson, making the bride's gown his first couture wedding dress. The singer completed her bridal look with custom Christian Louboutin shoes and elegant Cartier jewellery. Her husband also opted for a custom Dior Haute Couture suit.
