Pretty Little Liars star Keegan Allen, 37, hospitalized after gunpoint robbery — bloodied actor shares scary video from attack

This Pretty Little Liars star just had a very close call. Keegan Allen, 37, who portrayed Toby Cavanaugh on the teen drama series was reportedly robbed at gunpoint on Thursday, October 9.

Per TMZ, two armed thieves allegedly stole Keegan's watch and pistol-whipped him while the actor was out in West Hollywood. After he was approached by two men wearing all black, one shoved a gun in Keegan's face while the other brandished a knife. One of the men hit the actor in the face with the gun before stealing his watch and bracelet and fleeing the scene.

Hours after the incident, Keegan posted a video to Instagram. While covered in blood, he spoke to the camera explaining the brutality of his experience, adding that the two men "had masks on."

Keegan was grateful to fans and friends in the comments of his post

In the caption, Keegan wrote: "West Hollywood is not safe anymore. Robbed at gunpoint and knifepoint by two young men that threatened to KILL me over my watch and would have! God said no tonight. My life for a watch," adding: "Will update more soon."

The actor responded to comments on his harrowing social media video, sharing that he is definitely "concussed and at the hospital."

Reactions to Keegan Allen's attack

Fans of the actor flooded his comments, sharing their well wishes and hopes that he recovered soon. One person wrote: "Omg I'm so glad it wasn't worse. I'm so sorry that happened." Another fan added: "My god Keegan. I'm so sorry this happened to you. We could never lose you. Please go get yourself checked out."

Keegan responded to many of the comments, but hasn't given an official update on his health status.

Inside Keegan Allen's life after Pretty Little Liars

The actor portrayed Toby Cavanaugh – the love interest of Spencer Hastings played by Troian Bellisario – on Pretty Little Liars for seven years, before the show wrapped in 2017. After the teen mysteries series ended, Keegan continued acting.

Keegan and Ali have been dating for 10 years
He starred in several supporting roles before landing a lead role in the crime drama Walker, which  was a reboot of Walker, Texas Ranger starring Chuck Norris. Keegan appeared on the show for four seasons alongside Jared Padalecki and Lindsey Morgan.

Outside of work, the actor is in a long term relationship with model Ali Collier, 31. The two started dating in 2016 and made their red carpet debut later that year.
